Intel i7 7700 temps

Hi Linus

 

Right I’ve just started gaming on pc, 

 

I got myself a intel core i7 7700 3.60ghz cpu, Now it came pre assembled ( mobo,ram,cpu) 

 

it has the stock cooler and my Temp went up to 71 degrees.  Is this ok? I haven’t got a clue how to overclock or anything so il leave it standard. 

 

if the temps not okay what Cooler would you recommend 

 

Any help and support is much appreciated

71C full load is ok, it rarely reaches full load on daily use anyway.

71 is fine given the cooler used; don't attempt overclocking, though.
