Is this Windows 10 activation video BS?

Is this video for activating windows 10 bs? can someone give me a straight up answer because I don't wanna mess up my computer or anything. the thing that strange is at says put "<redacted>" and I put those numbers in and its an Ip address in China. So I dont wanna mess anything up.I also just wanna get rid of the watermark and customize the background of my PC. Will anything happen if I put in the activation code

I haven't had to activate a copy of Windows for a while, but I believe all I had to do was put in the product key where Microsoft said to. Purely because that leads to an IP address in China(or external at all) I would avoid it.
