Best Media Library Software?

I never store music on my computer, but I've decided to start a collection.

 

Doesn't matter if the software is paid or free, what's something that just works well with importing an exporting as well as playing and organizing files.

foobar 2000 is the one i use, but idk what you mean by importing end exporting...

foobar 2000 is the one i use, but idk what you mean by importing end exporting...

Some media players need to import and export files for playlists or just to function in general.

No idea myself but i'm willing to stay tuned for what everyone says, i'm needing a good one as well.
