Wake on lan Not Working

So I have an Asus z-170 Pro Gaming/Aura motherboard and I fixed the bios things you have to do like enabling APM PCI-E and turning on Magic pocket in Windows.

 

I use "Wake on Lan" app for Android, When I press the start button on the app nothing happens.

Check your router if it doesn't block these kind of packets.
