anyone else experiencing major problems with Razers delivery? i ordered a headset on black Friday and it was supposed to ship Monday the 4th. since then I've been told it would ship Wednesday the 6th, Wednesday the 13th. I've been told its already been shipped but fed ex made a mistake and didn't notify Razer it had been shipped. I'm now being told that they have no idea where they are and what the last known location is. What the hell should i do? and has anyone had experience of this in the past? also don't scald me about buying a razer headset i know theyre rip offs but i wanted things to match.

thats what i usually feel but ive been told by razer support that they cant locate the item because they arent high enough and that they cant tell my the last known location

FedEx is know for throwing TV's over peoples fences. So yeah. I wouldnt ship with them if I had a choice. Id call FedEx directly and see if you can get something. Otherwise I would demand that Razer send you the items again or ask for a refund.

according to Razer it is at a point where a refund is unavailable but i will make them send me a headset no matter what

Id file a complaint with the Federal Trades Commission. They handle things like this. Also, make sure you post your complaints on Razers Facebook and Twitter. They are more likely to make things right if you do that. No company likes the fuck with the Feds or have bad shit posted on social media.
