Media PC keeps rebooting

So for the last couple of weeks my media pc will just randomly lock up and restart (On a bad day 2-3 times), i have 0 idea why so hopeing you can help. Specs are:

i5 4430

16gb ddr3

1050ti

some evga 500 watt bronze power supply 

 

dunno if this screenshot is any help but i'l include it anyway
