Uplay discount code?

I'm really excited to play the division now all its DLC is coming out, yet when i try to get a 20% discount code using those uplay points you earn it always says there is an error, any ideas, Thanks.

They have no live support available currently and i have put in a ticket but will expect around a 3 day bloody reply xD

im not sure how well UB is with customer support. but i've had an issue like this with another website where the discount code didnt work and i have video proof so even after the coupon code expired they gave it to me for the discount price becase i had issues and it should of worked.  but with UB who knows if theyd care

it's already 70% off, every time I looked at the fine print for those 20% off coupons they state that it can't be combined with other discounts, tried it with trials when it was like 60% off, it was happy to apply the coupon, but it was 20% off the full price, naturally I just went with the sale because it was cheaper. Also yeah, Ubi support is garbage like Comcast or EA
