For Gaming the best CPU will be the i5 8600K in the buget of £350 (for 365 you got a i7 8700k)

For streaming Ryzen 7 so a R7 1700X (for £360 1800X)

I haven't seen any benchmarks of how good the 6core coffee lakes are for streaming but overall for streaming ryzen will be better.
