Got an iPhone SE for $99 with a month of service, on Black Friday. Honestly, can't beat that price unless you're really anti-Apple :P 

I had a 5S a while ago, and I loved that thing. But alas, water damage killed it...

 

I had a 5.5" Android (Huawei Sensa) for a while too, but anything above 5" is just way too big for my little hands :/ 

 

Oh, and I picked up one of those hip&cool slide-out keyboards too. Got 0 complaints about my setup, and cost less than $120 for everything!
