(SOLVED) Programs not detecting GPUs

I'm using integrated graphics, windows detects both GPUs but CAM and Nicehash don't. I've installed drivers and done all I know how to do. I am remotely controlling PC.

These apps need graphics card, so they ignore integrated graphics.

Yeah but for mining (Nicehash) im running it on integrated graphics but need the cards to be found so I can mine.

What would fix this?

Do you actually have a graphics card or not.

Integrated graphics count as GPUs, but not graphics cards.

 

Does GPU-Z show both cards?

Yes it shows both but has no info specific to the card for either (clock speed, etc.)

Then you probably have to reach the PC and reinstall the cards. A similar situation happened to my card in the past, in which apps do not use it even though there are new drivers and the display output of the card is used.

Do you mean take the cards out, boot, shutdown, reinstall and pray?

I mean shutdown, remove the cards, install the cards, startup, then pray it works.

@chase_gibson04 What drivers do you have installed. As far as i know with most mining clients you need to have the gpu drivers in order for them to be detected by the miner

I have the latest NVidia drivers, I have done the GeForce experience and manual installations to make sure.

Now that familiar with modern nvidia drivers but in the control panel can you find anything about disabled gpus? Sometimes when running integrated alongside dedicated, the drivers for dedicated graphics will automatically disable them to prevent incompatibility

Thank you for your help @8uhbbbhu8 but I fixed it.

And I wanna apologize to @Jurrunio because I thought his idea made no sense, was dumb, and wouldn't work.

But it worked flawlessly.

p.s to anybody who may be reading this with this issue, I turned on pc with no gpus and shutdown and then booted again.
