Just got a new K95 platinum and one key is not able to display red colour, need help

I have created a new profile and new install of cue software, i choose only that key and put a static colour. When I put 255 blue and 255 green its good, but when put 255 red, the key barely lights up. You can see it in the video. What should i do to fix this?

See if you can get the keyboard replaced, it has a faulty LED. If you need to ask how to fix it, it's best not to try to replace it yourself and it's a fairly difficult process.

Just return it, should be covered under warranty.

RMA it.  I had the same thing happen on my k95 rgb.  it was a refurbished one I bought directly from corsair and right out of the box my F9 key was really weak on the red color.  If I turned the leds up to full brightness it would kind of flicker on and off but on the other settings wouldnt display any red.   they sent another one to me in a few days after I requested the rma.  The new one arrived before I had time to send the old one back.

Thanks for the answers, guess am stuck with it then, cause I bought the keyboard new from amazon and had to pay 60 $ to ship it to my country, Paying that kind of money to send it back is not an option for me.
