There sould be be quiet Pure Power 10 and Straight Power 10 available. 500W is more than enough for you.

Other options are bitfenix Whisper M and Formula.

 

And they're much quieter than the Corsair TX under lower load. That has a rather high rpm of the fan - around 800rpm or so...
