The probelm right now is the computer boots up all fans running nothing on screen for about 10 15 seconds and restart loop. I think i got everything right i am just not sure what rhe problem is

Edit ive tried my old ssd and same thing

Ive tried reseating each ram stick individualy in every slot and nothing

I boot without graphic card and nothing

First of all, there is no iGPU in Ryzen, so you need a graphics card. The GTX 960 has one DVI-D, one DisplayPort, and one HDMI port. Use the DisplayPort. It's better. If the monitor doesn't have it, use HDMI. Place the RAM sticks in the light coloured DIMMs more closer to the CPU. Then try again.

No problem with power supply. It is enough. Make sure the SSD connection is secure. Make sure the graphics card has all power cables connected. Then try again.

Is there any beep sounds comming from your pc?

Have you tried dissconnecting any unnessary connections such as pci and sata. then booting only with the cpu and ram in place.

if it still reboots after the 10 -15 seconds, try checking your cpu is correctly installed, that there is no damage to the cpu pins and ram is correctly installed. try only one ram stick and try it in different slots.

You can watch the following video from jayz2cent. shows some steps you can take to fix this issue.

I just had the same sort of issue with my computer. The way that I solved it was a bios update.
