upgraded gpu and cpu now monitor mouse and keyboard no online

Urgent Need Help ASAP

 

I buy GTX 1060 6gb Zotac amp and i5 7600 yesterday put on my ASRock H1101m dgs mobo And psu 450w and press power button only the pc running fans and led working but screen is black and keyboard and mouse not online.

 

Tried take out CMOS battery for 10minutes still black screen and keyboard mouse no online.

 

Tried changing back my old gpu I was using before still same thing.

 

I don’t know what is happening please help

Put attached file onto a fat32 USB

Install old CPU

Enter bios

Enter advanced mode

under the tool section

select instant flash

select the file on the USB.
