Low FPS in game/ low game memory problem

for the record

-im using steam 

my pc specs----processor= AMD FX- 4350 quad core (4.20Ghz)

RAM= 8GB

Graphics= Gtx 970

OS=64 bit

MY PROBLEM

when I try to boot up certain games for example GTA V, the game wont open and give me a notification that I have low game memory and I should try resart the game. I tried to open the game in safe mode after I got this notification but it showed me the same thing. other games such as Rainbow 6 Seige, just have very low FPS around 30 maximum while im in game. I have plenty of space in my hard drive for I have 3.5 TB of total space ready to use so I'm sure its not a space issue.

By low memory, it means low ram.

Not storage space.

What's your memory usage look like when  you launch GTA V?

i dont have it dowloaded it i wanted to try uninstalling and reinstalling it so id have to let you know afterwards srry

Run a malware scan. It sounds like you have something chomping down RAM.
