memtest apparently found errors. Is the CPU overclocked? What speed is the ram running at? Is the mobo bios fairly recent? At least, AGESA 1.0.0.6?

Basically something is unstable. If the CPU is overclocked, undo it. Assuming the ram is running at rated 2666, try running it at 2133 to see what happens. According to the mobo page as long as the bios is from June onwards it should be ok. I would be very cautious about doing a bios update if there is a possibility of ram errors. Also you can try the ram, one stick at a time, in each slot and see if anything changes.

CPU is in stock, RAM is n running at 2666, might try running at 2133 and see.

Errors in Memtest86 don't ALWAYS mean bad ram. It often means incorrect timings or insufficient voltages. This is why I asked you, in your OTHER thread, to increase the DRAM and SOC Voltage. I would much rather you eliminate the possibility that it just needs more power than see you rush out and replace a perfectly good stick of ram because it threw out a few errors.

how much ram do you have installed as it say nearly 20gbyte is "bad"

i would set xmp on if ram is xmp profiled ram or do just what you said on 2133mhz

? do you have ecc ram in non ecc board ?
