Does my build makes sense?

Hi I have a question about my build I currently have . I have an i5 6600k overclocked cpu and I have installed Windows in my Samsung 950 PRO NVMe M.2 SSD . I am feeling that my cpu is slowing me down sometimes . Is this possible or should I look for a different problem?

The drive you have should NOT slow down your CPU.  It's plenty fast.  The CPU itself is also fast.  What exactly do you notice slowing down?

What is your Motherboard?

What is your GPU?
CPU Frequency (And voltage)?
CPU Temps?
When does it slow down? What are you doing when this happens?
Background Processes?
RAM (Quantity and Speed)?

  For example when I am typing in chrome sometimes I am lagging . And that is not supposed to happen with my build . I have tested the GPU, CPU , SSD and RAM separately and I didn't find any problems. Do you know what it could be the problem?
