Yes. You will have to use to adapter cable that comes with your motherboard or the adapter included in that kit.

@Intel HD Graphics this wouldn't be compatible with your motherboard. The 4-pin headers are a standard RGB header, the addressable LEDs require the 3-pin (5v) addressable headers.

@Intel HD Graphics you would want to check out the Magnetic WideBeam RGB LEDs which are a 4-pin. :)
