whAt one is Better

so I’ve been looking (same price)

whAt one is better gskill ddr4 4000mhz 16gb rgb with 18-19-19-39 timing 

or Corsair dominator platinum ddr4 4000mhz 

with timing of  19-23-23-45

it says mobo has xmp 2 and says up to 4000mhz so it should work right or I’m not sure I have

Jesus you want enthusiastic memory overclocking and then gets the shittiest brand on the motherboard BIOS regard for memory overclocking... ditch that MSi for something like the Asus Prime-A

 

any thing above 3200mhz is quite pointless but should you insist GSkill one is superior.
