Building a new PC setup

Hi guys,

I am from Kolkata, India. I would be grateful if you could help me finish the setup, considering you have 600 dollars more left.
I am planning on building a PC setup. I have already ordered the MSI nvidia geforce gtx 1060 Armor 6GB and a Samsung EVO 500GB SSD from the US.
USAGE: Gaming and minor Photo and Video Editing
The parts i need now is as follows along with some stuff which i have already had an eye on.

CPU: Ryzen 3 1300x   or Ryzen 5 1400

Motherboard: ???????  ( need more than 2 Pcie slots and i want an ATX config atleast as my case will be-Tower)

RAM:  (min 8Gb required, but should i go for 16gb if budget allows or will that be overkill? What channel config?
Case: Corsair Carbide series Spec-04 or ????
PSU: ???
Monitor:??? (need anything greater than 21 inch 1080p preferably.
