Samsung S8 or the Oneplus 5t

I am planning to get a new phone really soon (around black Friday), but I am in a bit of a pickle, "should I take the S8 or the Oneplus 5t," I always end up asking myself. (Currently I am leaning more toward the S8.)

Go with the S8, the display is amazing and the camera is gorgeous

i've been thinking of getting the oneplus 5t. my S8 is already slowing down... plus update cycle is terrible. but i don't like how oneplus just has a new phone when the 5 is barely that old

What made you think of the 5T.

If you can afford it, the S8 is a generally better phone.

I hadnt had a Samsung phone since the Galaxy Nexus because of my low opinion of their phones. I had the G6 for a bit which was in its own right awesome but for some reason i couldnt get it to work on Verizon. They kept sending me phone after phone and sims but couldnt get connection.

 

Anyway, got the S8 as a replacement and it changed my opinion on the company. Great phone in all aspects to me except for the fingerprint sensor (which I quickly got used to). I have the Pixel 2 XL now but I still think the S8 is my top phone.

S8 is generally far better than OP 5T just it will occasionally slow down and not smooth animation. Others than that, nothing to complain about in S8.

 

I vote go for S8.
