Help building

Hey guys, this is not Austin.

 

Well my dad's laptop just died, I'm building him a new one today and need help choosing the best parts for the buck(or real in this case), this pc is going to be plugged into a 4k tv 24/7 and he is going to use it for browsing the web, photo editing, movies and dad stuff, so far I've came up with this:

if he's' using it for such light usage why have you included a 6gb 1060? he'd be fine with a 1050ti even a 1050

What do you mean by photo editing? Is it going to be very light photo editing or is it going to be like professional usage in Photoshop, etc? Besides that, it should do well when just browsing the web, watching movies, etc. If it comes to gaming though...the 4k tv might cause some issues,

I would drop that 1060 to something like 1050 or RX 560 and get faster memory and B350 motherboard to get extra performance out of the CPU.

1060 is overkill i know, but I plan on using it for light gaming on the big tv

Forgot to mention that I'm going to salvage the ssd from the notebook

Professional editing of pictures, and some premiere action

The RX 560 is out of stock, the motherboard idea is nice, i will check if they have it in stock
