I am using following configurations

CPU: I7 4770K

Motherboard: Asrock  Z87 Extreme 3

Ram: Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 1600 Mhz

GPU: Nvidia GTX 760

Power Supply: Corsair VS650

SSD:120gb Kingstone

HDD:1TB Seagate

The problem I am facing is my computer is freezing up when I am going to install windows 10 or 7. I have checked my CPU thermal and I have changed the Thermal Heat Sink Compound Paste, I have also tried out changing the RAM, Power supply, and storage but the freezing is still there. My bios is not freezing up. It's only going to freeze when I am installing the windows at the time of expanding the files. My CPU and GPU and Motherboard temperatures are normal. I don't know whats wrong and I haven't tried out with another motherboard cause it will cost me. Please help me. What should I do?

Is the screen literally frozen or is it just not progressing? Have you tried using a install DVD instead of a install USB?

The screen is freezing.Yes, I have tried out using a DVD also.

Do a memory diagnostic test to check for memory errors and compatibility. Remove the GPU and try installing with just the onboard graphics.

Yes i did that too. I have used Memtest86 to check the RAM there is no error. I removed the GPU also but it still freezing up.
