hey im running a gtx 1080 strix and its in the second slot on my motherboard (aesthetic purposes) and i feel like the air is kind of clogged or not getting exhausted because when i touch that part of the glass its quite hot compared to the rest of the case should i get another case fan and should it be exhaust or intake (i currently have 1 fan intake on the front and 1 exhaust on the top cuz my ryzen cooler mounts horizontally)

like overwatch at max graphics it anywhere from 70 to 80c

That's not dangerous but that is pretty hot, hotter than normal at least unless you have a very poor cooling.

Those are normal temps. Unless the case is burning to the touch, don't worry about it. It's doesn't take very high temps for things to be too hot to touch.

This basically.

The human body is not good at dealing with high temperatures.  35°C (95°F) will feel hot, at 40°C (104°F) it already becomes painful.
