What games do you want to play / Give us some more info on what this will be used for.

As for the build, It seems that you could allocate your money on better parts or I guess to make it worth more your money.

Budget? Location? Also I believe that like another 40 dollars for the 1080 makes a bigger difference.

EDIT: You may want to downgrade to a 1070 and get an SSD.

Will be used mostly for gaming, schoolwork and social medias.

Games that I'll be playing are Swbf2, Bf1 and upcoming games 2018

Yeah I do agree but I'm planning on upgrading in the coming future.

The cpu isn't my biggest prob atm, I want to get all the other parts now during black friday and cyber monday, the i5 8400 cpu is scheduled to return in stock very soon here in Sweden.

Budget is +/- 1500$ sort of I guess, I live in Sweden and we use the Swedish krona instead of the $US, but 15 000kr should be around 1500$.

I do have a SSD, the samsung 850 Evo 250gb, or are you suggesting the m.2 SSDs?

That SSD should be fine. Unless you really care about that 5 seconds of boot speed increase.

At around $1700/15 000 krona (whatever that is lol), you could get a 1080, maybe a 1080 Ti, and a Coffee Lake system.

Apparently PCP does not have a swedish site, so...

How about this then, checked out the Ryzen 5 1600 and it seems pretty solid altough correct me if I'm wrong but does all ryzen models fit in the am4 socket? Is there potential to upgrade the cpu?

All Ryzen systems use AM4 and AMD has said that they will be using the AM4 socket for years so there will be an extensive upgrade path for you far into the future.

Certainly more upgradable than Intel.
