Is their a way to make my friends on steam think im offline (like skype's invisible option) without actually going offline.

its just my cousin wants to play saints row 3 with me and i want to play sleeping dogs but i hate making people think i dont want them around

Maybe if you deselect the sign into friends option.  I'm not at all sure if this actually does what you want though.
