I would prefer non capacitive

I assume you mean non-conductive?

There's really not much of a difference between most TIM. I'd just go with something common and well known like Arctic MX-4 or Noctua NT- H1

MX-4 is great, also very easy to clean off when replacing it.

IC-diamond and NT-H1 are good too.

MX-4 is my go to because it is easy to apply and seems to beat out AS5 by a tiny bit. I dislike ic-diamond because it tends to make the IHS look like crap after removal.

Edit: MX-4 Is also one of the few thermal paste I trust on a GPU substrate.

Used to use Arctic Silver 5, switched to Arctic MX4.  Easier to apply and has better thermals.  (by only about 1-2 degrees)

Edit:  IC diamond can be very abrasive, and has rubbed off the text on CPUs in the past, resulting in voided warranties.
