Question about XFX warranty

I saw a GTX 1070 XFX on offer up, the seller has a lot ratings so I'm sure it's real. I'm wondering if I will still have the warranty for it, it's sealed brand new. I'm not sure if I need the receipt if it ever breaks on me that's why I'm curious if you do need it. btw not sure if I posted this in the wrong place, just move if ye

Well said no to him after I asked if still had the receipt. $320 was a good deal but man can't tell if he sealed it himself.
