Its either:

1- A ram limitation

2- A CPU limitation

3- Bad game optimisation

if its a ram limit either look at the ram speeds to make sure there not the bottle neck and that you have enough ram , although this is unlikely.

If its a CPU limit then an upgrade to an i5 would be good, as pentium chips are typically fairly weak.

If its bad game optimisation, the most likely, there isn't anything you can do as its down to the developer to optimise the game for hardware.

My money is either CPU or bad optimisation. Open task manager then game for a bit, open task manager and see where the uses are sitting.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

It's a decent system for the price, but I wouldn't dub this anything other than a budget build. So please treat it as such.

That said, it's probably just a poorly streamlined game.

Before i had g4500 and radeon hd 7700 S and it wasnt lagging that much. Can be it becouse of damaged disc?

Can you increase the resolution to 4k. because that would shift the bulk of the processing work to your graphics card instead of the cpu.

Can you tell me how becouse in options i cant change resolution higher then 1960x1080
