I want

1. Budget & Location

There is no budget limit, But i dont want to spend too much

2. Aim

The system aim is for probably editing and gaming, Hard graphic (not much video).

the main idea is for 2 screens

3. Monitors

2 Monitors that i already have. both 1920x1080, One is 120 fps - asus ROG PG248, second 60 fps - dell 21'. Maybe i will buy another asus ROG PG248

5. Why are you upgrading?

need better performence and system efficiency.

if you guys have a better idea iwil glad to hear.

I would , increase memory to 16g  for the editing and graphics applications.
