How to Set up SSD Cache

Hello all, I recently got a WD Green 2TB Hard drive for my computer, which I origonally built with only a 250GB SSD. (Samsung 840) I installed it and moved all my games, music, movies, and none crutial programs to the hard drive, and went from 20GB free on the SSD to 190! I have heard about Intel Rapid Storage Technology, but I don't want to expirement with it myself and risk losing all my data.. How can I set up part of the SSD to cache the hard drive? Thank you!

Intel i5 4670k @4.2 GHz, Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo, Asus Sabertooth Z87, Corsair Vengeance Pro 1600 MHz 16GB, Powercolor Red Devil RX 580 8GB, EVGA SuperNOVA NEX650G, Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD, 3TB Seagate Barracuda, NZXT Switch 810, Asus MX34VQ, Asus MX239H.

Aren't you meant to do that with a seperate small ssd?
