Good noise cancelling earbuds

So I am searching for nice but not too expensive noise cancelling or something like it earbuds. I’m a swimmer and when I go to meets, I want to listen to music but it is usually super noisy with people screaming and everything. Also, I’m really not a fan of headphones, they are too bulky for my taste.
