The motherboard is crap. The Asrock Pro4 or Asus Prime Plus are better, and should cost about the same.

What speed is the RAM?

Use the stock cooler instead of the 212 Evo.

You need a GPU.

The ram is 2133MHz I didn't include a gpu because I already have one got one tonight from a friend

Get better speed RAM modules, there's not much difference between prices usually if you look around and not worried about looks so much. I'd say at least get 2666 - but better to have 3000(2933) or 3200Mhz. And as above get a better mobo for sure, I have the asrock pro4 mATX and is good with vengeance ram, have my 3000 kit sitting at 3066 with no probs, just XMP profile, no dialling in needed.
