Your i3 will probably bottleneck it and you will need to buy a new power supply because a "random dell thingy" probably wont power them.

the dell psu is long gone, i need to change the psu anyways. The i3 has lower priority

It won't give you problems, if you see screen tearing just enable V-sync, you'll get 60 FPS all the time, if the game is too heavy (like metro: last light) disable it. 

 

Just make SURE that ULPS is disabled, it will give you minor problems if left enabled.
