Hi. I will be building my first pc ever. I want to be as safe as possible. So i want to ground myself and i have an anti static wristband for that. Only thing is that i dont know how to use it. So many different option people recommend got me confused. I install the psu into the case. Plug it in and turn it off. Then i put the wristband on my wrist and i plug the other end to one of the screws of the psu. Is this correct or not?

yes that should give you a good continuous ground connection. tough just having the PSU plugged in and touching it every few seconds without the wristband should be more than enough. i never even ground myself when building a PC.
