I just bought this setup off craigslist for 760$ USD: (I thought it was a good deal.  Feel free to leave your opinion.)

Intel Core i7 5820K 6-core CPU, PCIe 3.0 x28
Zotac Nvidia Geforce GTX 760 GPU, 2 GB GDDR5
Crucial 32 GB DDR4 2133 RAM
Intel 180 GB Ultra M.2 SSD
Seagate 3 TB 7200 RPM 3.5" HDD
HGST 1 TB 7200 RPM 2.5" HDD
Asrock X99 WS motherboard
Corsair H60 closed-loop liquid cooler
Corsair Carbide 330R quiet mid-tower case, Blackout Edition
Corsair RM 750x power supply, 80 Plus Gold
Acer 23" 1080p IPS display
Razer Mamba mouse, Tournament Edition
Razer Deathstalker keyboard

Given that the I7 5820K is cooled by the H60 is that enough for me to try and push it to 4.0GHz?

I'd invest in a new GPU before overclocking the CPU. 4GHz is ezpzlemonsqueezy with the H60, granted your airflow is decent.

Only way to find out is to try. You might as well see what you can get out of it with the h60 on there.

your gpu is a little craptastic, but other than that it's a good deal.

the only way to find out with your specific setup is try. all cpu's overclock different. some need more voltage etc which would increase heat output. it also depends on the airflow.
