It is recommended to change passwords every 60-72 days anyhow....

 

As to your title; I am not familiar with the Trojan by name. Could be justified to change a few passwords you have recently used, no harm in doing that.

Antimalware programs give false positives all the time. Especially if you have any keygens or patchers stored on your computer. Cheat programs for games such as trainers will also tend to be flagged by antimalware programs.

Changing passwords frequently is actually bad security practice.  In  theory it's good but in reality it just means people use weak passwords because it's hard to remember new ones all the time.

Of course changing after a malware infection is always a good idea

Pretty much - the official advice from Microsoft is this: secure passwords set at day 1 are just as secure at day 90, provided that the users keep them secure.
