1080 GPU die size

Anyone of you know the width and length of the die on a GP104? (1080 to be exact).

I need to get a shim for a watercooling project, but I want to have the part in hand before I disassemble my card :)

 

If my terminology is off I mean the part of the gpu that contacts the cooler.

According to this the die size is 340mm squared, so as long as its a perfect square it should be 120mm by 120mm. However, someone can correct that if its wrong. Also tbh I would just open it up and get an accurate measuring tool to measure myself make sure it's not off by a 1mm or so. 1mm could be the difference between a leak or no leak.
