Need help getting into disabled iPhone 7

Alright, so i've got my boss's iPhone 7 which was locked by her kid entering the passcode wrong too many times (hes like 3, and really smart) and now it needs to be connected to itunes so i can unlock it. The problem: She's never done any icloud or local backups, ever. From an apple support standpoint there is absolutely nothing i can do to help her. What i'm asking from you guys is to recommend me a process that i can get the data off this phone in any way possible. I've already let her know that there's pretty much nothing i can do to save the pictures etc. Would really appreciate some help with this if you guys have any ideas. Thanks!

Current Build: Core i7 4790k @ 4.6, Asus Maximus VII Hero, Corsair Vengeance Pro 2400mhz 8gb (2x4gb), GTX 980ti, NZXT Kraken X61, Fractal Define R5  EVGA Supernova B2 850w, Some 300gb hard drive.

There's no way to get the data off. Once it reaches that stage you need to use iTunes to unlock it, and as far as I know, that also wipes the iPhone in the process.

sometimes iclould will automatically back up data.  when you plug the phone into the computer and itunes opens there should be an option to preserve the data on the phone but it usally dosent work but i would give it a try

Is that actually an option....that's weird if it is and doesn't work most of the time.....

 

Then again, I also don't understand why it erases the iPhone at all when you connect it to iTunes if the 'erase after 10 attempts' is turned off.

No Apple ID password no access ever. Period.

 

Even if you restore the iPhone fresh it will still be locked.
