I would say it depends on the SKU of that product.

Motherboards generally have English as default language, and some bioses offer multiple languages.

The operating system may be German if you buy a laptop or something like that.

 

FYI there's also amazon.co.uk and they're fine, just note some products come with UK plug (which isn't a big issue, just an annoyance, you can buy and use either a very cheap EU to UK adapter or just change the mains cable, they're standard and easy to buy separately).

Also note that you'll see prices slightly change at checkout, amazon.co.uk will show prices most likely with 20% vat included, but at checkout they'll recalculate with 21% if that's the vat in your country.

bios language will always be english,os lang will be german ofc
dutch isnt too much different,you'll find your way easily to the right settings to change that
