Any game that is capable of using 4GB of VRAM is hard enough to run where you will hit performance wall with 1050ti before you can use that much VRAM most of the time.

Just grab the GTX 1060 3GB/6GB or preferably RX470/480//570/580 4GB/8GB if you can.

Cat7 isn't widely used in the consumer market so I don't have any specs for you other than it has reduced EMI.
