But more seriously use some soapy water, it should help remove the silicon bending insert from what I assume is hardline without any trouble.

I assume you're talking about getting an O-ring stuck in a watercooling tube? (please be more specific next time)

just use something long and skinny to get it out... common sense. I'm sure you have a pencil somewhere in your house.
