How to improve Dremel?

I just bought a cheapo dremel, it says 16000rpm.

 

It takes too long to cut my case... It takes a minute to penetrate the case and really slow for cutting...

 

is the 16000rpm to slow or can I buy better cutting disc to improve this? Im new to dremel sorry...

What are you cutting in terms of material and the disc?

 

If your cutting anything metal especially thicker stuff your will want to use a reinforced abrasive cutting disc, you need to take your time cutting a dremel tool is not for high speed work.

On my Dreme 16,000rpml is the lowest speed possible.

Anything Metal you want to be in the 25,000 to 30,000 rpm range.
