RX480 Uknown problems please help

I just bought a used Sapphire Nitro+ RX 480 8GB. I'm pretty excited with it so I benchmark it with Heaven 4.0 right away. Score is quite low compared to others I saw but it's okay. Now I wondered if freesync will impact my CSGO gameplay so I watched some youtube videos. At half of the full screen video, I pressed escape and then the screen froze for 2 secs and then went completely black. The LED light from my mech keyboard and mouse also went gone. But the RGB fans on my case are still working. I had to hold and press the power button to turn off and turn it back on.

Second scenario is while I'm playing CS:GO. Maybe i've been doing that for about 45mins and then my PC completely rebooted while I'm in-game.

There's definitely something wrong. This doesnt happen on my GTX 1050Ti.

Additional info: I'm using the latest drivers I downloaded just today and also I used DDU to remove Nvidia Drivers. I'm running with Win10 Pro 64bit with Creators Update. Processor is Ryzen 5 1600.

I hope someone could help me narrow down my problem. :(

Not on ebay. I think the seller is a good person, till now he still replies on my messages. That's why I want to make sure if the card has something wrong. Or maybe it's a known issue. I'm not sure. The card still has 1 year manufacturer warranty from Sapphire.
