Hi,

Ive got a 1950X running in my system and reading up on it the safe temps for it is 68C according to the AMD website.

I have this running in a Cosmos C700P with a H115I and Corsair 140mm ML fans on everything and i cant stop it from going below the stated temperature under load.

Is this normal?

The Enermax TR4 if you wanna go liquid, Noctua's TR4 offerings are also good.

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.
