I built the PC 2-3 months ago

Main Laptop: Google Pixelbook 

Dev mode w/ Cross Enabled

 

PC: Ryzen 7

1700x / 32GB 2667 / GTX 1080 / 1.5 TB of SSDs / 1TB of HDDs

Download memtest86 and make a bootable USB-disk of it (Rufus is a great tool for this) and test your RAM, one stick at a time, with it. If memtest86 doesn't find any errors, then test both sticks together.

I used the windows built in, and it found no errors

It's not even nearly comparable to memtest86, memtest86 is a very specifically-designed tool and it stresses RAM in ways that the Windows built-in tool doesn't.

no, its not horrible, just really annoying

kinda like a less bad version of the crashing of (ltt's server name that i forgot lol)

They are not overclocked, and I am using that PC rn to replay to you
