Setting up control panel for 4k gaming? What exactly are you asking? Like just make sure you have the most up to date drivers from Nvidia GeForce Experience and you should be good to go...

just enable sli and make sure you monitor profile is 3840*2160 at 60hz

Well i want to set contol panel for best quality and performance..if is that possbile. I got frustrated when got 20-25 fps in new assassins creed.is it possible that my gpu cards are shit
