Looking for upgrades!

I am looking to get as much performance as I possibly can primarily for gaming on 1080p for FPS games on a 24.5" 240hz monitor and 3440x1440p Ultra wide for any other game (Single players,MMO etc...) I stream my games as well so I take a hit on fps when doing that too. I am looking for any noticeable upgrade I can get more fps and just overall the best performance. My budget is around $800. Here is my specs so far.

• Intel Core i7 5930K 3.5GHz (Can't get a stable overclock so running stock)
• ASUS X99-DELUXE USB 3.1
• 32GB DDR4 2666MHz
• 1000W Corsair HX1000i
• 1TB Western Digital
• 500 Gb Samsung SSD
• Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti graphics card
• 240mm Radiator Liquid CPU Cooler
• Windows 10

You can get 8700k and mobo. NExt upgrade could be a second graphics card

You could get a used 5960X, or a 6900K. Those might cost a little too much. 

How is the 5930K overclock not stable? Overclocking it should increase the performance a bit.

Or an 8700K and motherboard? That should be within the budget.

If the computer supports it definitely get the 8th gen CPU.

I was looking into that, scares me to have to take everything out and replace the mobo but would it be a noticeable upgrade especially with fps?

Yes, 8th gens are quite overclockable so the significant increase in single core performance should bring an increase in fps if the game is CPU dependent.
