Hello Linus

Are there Mac tech tips in linustechtips.com?

Do you know any youtube channel teaches Mac basic troubleshooting and repair?

I already checked out "Louis Rossmann" 's channel that is too advanced, and I don't know the hardware parts.

thank you

Pretty much the same things apply to Mac as PC. If you are doing anything more than seeing if a drive is broken than Rossmann is the best option.

But as other people clearly said already, not buying one is most of the times a good option.
Currently for most people I noticed the mac "macing" the most sense is a MacBook Air 13" baseline.

Pricing is a bit high, but battery life and performance are no slouch.

Go up to any recently update mac's and you are paying the recently increased "Apple tax".
I used to agree with Apple charging a little more for their products, but now they pushed them beyond my and most people's reach.

While exclusive mac features and that golden stability are becoming a thing on windows. (If you know how, installing a LTSB build of Windows 10 makes it rock solid in the stability department)

Removed the name, I'd prefer to stay within the rules. Sorry.

This is isn't the most supportive place to get Mac advice. Honestly I don't know what specifically you are asking... Do you want a YouTuber a website... Etc?

Linux user here to confirm extreme Apple hositility (I mean, it's in my signature :P )

Join the Appleitionist cause! See spoiler below for answers to common questions that shouldn't be common!

Spoiler

Q: Do I have a virus?!
A: If you didn't click a sketchy email, haven't left your computer physically open to attack, haven't downloaded anything sketchy/free, know that your software hasn't been exploited in a new hack, then the answer is: probably not.

Q: What email/VPN should I use?
A: Proton mail and VPN are the best for email and VPNs respectively. (They're free in a good way)

Q: How can I stay anonymous on the (deep/dark) webzz???....

A: By learning how to de-anonymize everyone else; if you can do that, then you know what to do for yourself.

Q: What Linux distro is best for x y z?

A: Lubuntu for things with little processing power, Ubuntu for normal PCs, and if you need to do anything else then it's best if you do the research yourself.

Q: Why is my Linux giving me x y z error?

A: Have you not googled it? Are you sure StackOverflow doesn't have an answer? Does the error tell you what's wrong? If the answer is no to all of those, message me.

That is a true fact, most of the "hate" is justified.
From what I can see he is looking for a YouTuber.

SnazzyLabs does mac tips every now and again.

Thank you for the fast reply.
I am a Windows user learning Mac.
I am looking for a youtube channel that demonstrate how to fix common Mac problems.
Such as:
-How to find files in Mac? It is different from Windows, some file can access from Finder, other need to use Terminal.
-How to use Apple ID to fix my laptop?
-How to reinstall Mac operating system? Create rescue / installer (disk / USB)? Forgot password?
-What to do when Mac won't start? Crash?
-How to add more RAM to laptop?
-How to disable animation, transparency, background running app, notification to increase performance.
-What junk app that I should remove?
